I have also used this site before to find my previous commuting route. The result was pretty good.
Note: This site is available for the LA, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernadino Counties. Why? It was funded by Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC), a state government committee dedicated to fund “transportation projects that reduce air pollution within Southern California.”
If you like to see this system in your area, encourage your local government to fund a project like this maybe a good idea.
