It’s hard to find a roof rack that fits my 73 VW Bug. The Sherpak Smart Rack seems to be a good solution to my dilemma. Since my work hours have changed, I’m unable to ride my 20 mile round trip commute. I have to settle for a 10 mile round trip commute instead. That means that I have to drive more than I want to. The bug is a lot more economic in gasoline that the truck, so I will be driving it half way and riding the other half.
The Sherpak Smart Rack is basically a strap on roof rack that can be installed or removed in minutes. The design of the feet allow for the rack to fit basically any type of roof line.
