Uh oh…someone leaked these photos to me. Check out the new look for the Redline 925. Only thing that will be different from the photos to the actual production model will be the bars, they will be going for “cow horns”.

Also is that the 2008 or 2007 model? I just ordered a 54cm from my LBS last night so I’m curious which model I’ll be getting.
RL, thanks for the info. My bike shop mentioned to me that they were out of stock and my 925 would be ready around mid June. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that means I will get one of those new models. I was going to swap out the bars for cow horns anyway. Yes! Well I’ll hold my excitement until I found out what bike I’m getting. If it’s the new one I’ll post it on here, though I’m not sure how to post pics.
Man that’s perfect. $40 I don’t have to throw in for horns…woohoo! Just gotta wait now…tick tock.
Sure like the old color better. Looks like the chain guard is built into the crank chain ring this time. The white graphice look very similar to the Bianchi San Jose….hmmmm. Nice pics, hope the colors are different and the fork and frame match better. Can’t wait for the full review.
Sorry guys, I have a correction to make.
The 2007 pearl grey (orig) 925 is once again available on June 15th. But the Red and white one you see pictured above is for 2008. I’m waiting for Redline to give me the date one when the 2008 will hit the market.

Thanks RL. I was just going to post that as well. I wrote Jeannie from Redline about it and this was her response: “The 925’s coming later this month[June] will be the black fade. The brick/tan models will not be in until October.”
Man I’m so glad I bought a first run of these bikes because this new one is butt. I like the idea of this paint job, very retro’ish but the non-matching rust color doesn’t do it for me and the redline font looks awful on a retro look paint scheme. I love my m’bars so I’d be bummed about the drops but I know I’m in the minority on that one. I like the integrated chain guard. Hopefully the hardware and spokes were upgraded because really that’s the only problem I have had with my 925. I am glad to see that “redline” isn’t plastered onto every single part on this bike but there is still some type of sticker on everything and i hate that, makes it look cheap like a damn nascar bike.
I was on the verge of ordering a 925 this week, but i’m going to hold off — the 08 model looks fantastic (and the silly reason that I already have a grey-fade road bike)
2 questions though:
1) any idea on the price point? (hopefully the same as 07)
2) how about the brake systemthe photos don’t show any brakes…but i hope they spec TT brake levers w/ the bull-horn.
