I think if I had to ride anywhere other than NorCal (dont worry a*holes are everywhere) Id have to be in the best positive mood. Im sure that friendly wave pissed him off even more, next time try blowing a kiss, works for me! (LOL) - Perhaps you could contact the city or the commerce chamber. I know that if business shops sign a petition/ contact the city streets division bike lanes could be in the radar and near future. Maybe alos contacting the district supervisor?
