You are right, insane is a strong word. How about lucky in the face of near-insurmountable odds?

How can a skirt liner fit perfectly but then the skirt it is attached to is falling off your hips? Makes no sense to me. I gave them another chance with a pair of capri pants, and 2 rides later the nylon webbing belt detached from the seam of the pants. 1/2 hour later (I'm a slow sewer) it was mended but this has put me off Zoic for good.

Whoever said Zoic fits well, I have to say I think you are insane. Their "Small" and "Extra Small" are the same size. Their "Medium" is HUGE. I am a "Small" in every other outdoor clothing line (Pearl Izumi, Patagonia, Prana, Canari, Castelli, on and on...), and Zoic's "Small" is made for midgets. I thought I put on a child's size by mistake! When the inner shorts fit, the skirt is so loose it falls down the hips. Their "Small" t-shirts are way too tight, and their "Mediums" feel like swimming in a tent. Until they can get their quality under control I'm not ordering anything else from them.

I added some more information Joe on the eco friendly benefits of bamboo. And I have to say that I own a few target pieces myself and they in no way compare to the quality you get with Zoic. Aside from the eco friendly designs, this is clothing that will LAST a long time and fits really well. My clothing from target will start to shrink, fade and frey in a few washes and in no way feels the same way as these do against the skin. The fit on the body doesn't compare either. Sure I know it cost a bit more but you really get what you pay for.

The namaste hoody is my favorite piece from ZOIC this year, I have the blue and cream! The quality is amazing and I can wear it for other activities as well; running, hiking, yoga. It is the most functional piece out of my wardrobe. Another item I really love is the knickers. They are super lightweight and a bit longer!

My wife was looking over my shoulder when I was reading this post and informed me that she has nearly the same ensemble (less the hoodie) that she bought at Target for about 25 bucks. The skirt is almost the same and the T shirt is Polyester. It is marketed "Tennis" wear. Interesting.

When those other gals give you dirty looks, remember that it stems from jealousy -- "that woman looks fit and stylish...I hate her!" I mean, that Zoic skirt isn't "hoochie" short or anything.

I'm sure I would turn some heads in a skirt like that...folks would be turning their heads away to vomit in the gutters!

You want REALLY short skirts? Come check out the tranny hookers in my neighborhood...as my friend Mikey says, "some things you just can't 'un-see' ."

Great review...those are some very stylish and functional clothes. I suppose I should check out their men's offerings!!!
