I would like to purchase a journey bike,I rode one at a bicycle shop in marlbarel N.J. and I think his price was high.I rented for the day ,a few hours and liked the bike because I have had 3 back surgerys and a wrist fusion.Is there any way I could buy one less expensive.I could assemble it myself as I have always worked on bicycles and am 53 years old and am mechanically inclined.I am on disability and the price is kind of high,are there any models that are used for less expensive.I really would love to get back on a bike again.Maybe a demo? I would appreciate any help.
