My jaw hit my desk on that tree move. Sure makes my track stand at the light look like child’s play.
For some reason I was just overcome with an unexplained desire to break out the GT Pro Performer from my garage and have a inner city session?

Was that Hans Rieser?
Totally amazing… The two things I’d love to see are 1) this guy on a BMX bike (if he can handle that giant bike that well he’d most likely be able to do some incredible stuff on a tiny BMX) and 2) someone post the name of the song/band that did the music for this.
Vegeterrorist- The youtube details say “Music is ‘Barriers’ by Aereogramme from their album ‘My Heart Has A Wish That You Would Not Go’ on Glasgow’s Chemikal Underground Records. You can find out more by visiting Chemikal Underground’s online shop http://shop.chemikal.co.uk/acatalog/CHEM096.html“
Anyone else commute to work with 22×16 gearing? I think thats further proof that Danny Mac is god.
White shirt, puddles and no fenders? He’s braver than I thought.
Dude made it all the way to work w/out a skunk stripe on that white shirt. THAT is impressive.
Guy, did you mean “Hans Rey”…if so, no. That’s Danny MacAskill.
Come on now!
No hand signals.
Riding on the sidewalk.
No l front or back lights.
But at least he had a helmet.
Hey if you people liked that, there’s a way better one… not as a “commuter”… it is amazing and the best quailty version I have seen is here.
Rantwick, that’s the “classic” MacAskill video that rocketed him to stardom — one of the most viral cycling videos I’ve ever seen. It was suddenly on HUNDREDS of sites! Amazing stuff, no doubt.
Ghost Rider, thanks for the correction. I couldn’t remember the name. I just remember the stunts from a 90’s bike/ cop show called “Pacific Blue” that did some of those kinds of stunt during it’s first and second seasons and the person was named Hans.
Always happy to help. Hans Rey was on “Regis and Kathie Lee” once, too — I got my girlfriend’s mom to tape that segment for me back in the day. The guy is amazing!
It is amazing what he can do with the bike. I can’t help wondering, how many bones has he broken?
